Schannel Remote Code Execution Vulnerability Attacks Windows Server

 

Schannel Remote Code Execution Vulnerability is the newest attack on Microsoft servers.  Microsoft released a patch for various Microsoft servers as well as patch notes on November 11, 2104.

This new vulnerability allows hackers remote code access by sending packets of data to various Windows servers.  Hackers structure data packets so they can attack Microsoft servers therefore allowing a hacker full remote access and the ability to execute code giving them full access to the servers.

This vulnerability is destructive as it affects the Schannel library on Windows servers which is responsible for encryption and authentication in Windows environments.
