We are not just looking for any person, we are looking for a new Inside Sales Managed IT Services team member. Our new Inside Sales Managed IT Services superstar will join us as a full-time employee with a 6-month probation.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a leading managed IT services provider in Toronto that is in Hyper growth mode four years running. This is an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales professional that wants to be proactive in a growth-oriented organization.

Our next super sales super star will be an expert in the IT support services, managed IT services, cloud services, and IT consulting projects field. You must be truly a business professional and understand the clients business model and how technology adds a competitive advantage. You are a talented business development specialist who has worked in the managed IT services field who is capable of the entire sales cycle including research, networking, cold-calling, and other sales ”hunter” techniques. You must have a successful track-record selling a full suite of IT Services and IT Solutions to clients based in the GTA. Our target business is small and midsize business (SMB) and you will drive leads for the Outside Sales team. You must have experience in a lead generation role.

What Are the Responsibilities for 365 iT SOLUTIONS?

  • Perform a high-volume of outbound sales calls to targeted businesses in the GTA on a daily basis
  • Maintain and create new prospect leads through various sources
  • Manage leads and opportunities in CRM
  • Gather and document requirements
  • Update and manage real-time information in salesforce
  • Provide weekly reports internally
  • Handle account inquires including insides sales, upselling, renewals, etc.

What Are the Requirements for 365 iT SOLUTIONS?

  • You must have 1-2 years of inside sales experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are highly motivated and a self-starter who can work independently
  • You take the initiative and bring new ideas to the table on improving efficiencies
  • You have solid communication skills and can articulate technical information into layman terms
  • Initiative and organizational skills
  • Strong results orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills

Important Note: Must pass a Criminal Background Check and must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License including full access to a reliable vehicle prior to employment.
